Judgement & Lien Searches:

All of Premiere’s clients on both sides of any transaction will be properly vetted to ensure
there are no existing judgment liens. A buyer has the right to know if the party selling the property has any outstanding creditors that have a stake on the property. Premiere will
handle this before any agreement or numbers are finalized.
